There are 2 modes in which DSC can be made:

1. Online Mode
   • Biometric
   • Non Biometric
2. Offline Mode

1. Online Mode

• Biometric: In online Biometric mode we require following documents from the clients.
  • PAN Card
  • Aadhar Card

  **The presence of Client is must in this mode.

• Non Biometric: In online Non Biometric mode we require following documents from the clients
  • PAN Card
  • Aadhar Card

** The presence of client is not necessary but client has to done video recording.

2. Offline Mode: In offline mode a form should be filled by the applicant and the following documents should be attached with that form:

• Proof of Identity.
• Proof of Residence.
