He is a Law Graduate & Fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is practicing as a Company Secretary under the firm name M/s. Kapil Verma and Associates ”KVA” (Company Secretaries) since eight years. He has multidimensional experience in Corporate Laws Compliance & Management Services, Financial Services. He has hand on experience in Secretarial Audit, Approvals of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Compounding of offences under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 and Companies Act,2013, Corporate Governance Auditors, FEMA Compliances and Management Consultants.

SHEKHAR PRAGATI JAIN

Mr. Shekhar Pragati Jain is a Graduate from Agra College Agra( Agra University) He is the Senior Associate with Verma Corporate Advisors Private Limited ”VCAPL” and he has been associated with “KVA” since 8 years and specializes in almost all kind of Financial, Marketing and Secretarial Services.
